2nd week and not so good..

Hiya ladies im now in my second week, lost a good five lbs last week. And only a lb this week which im abit disheartened about.. Was hoping for abit more, am so desperate to shift this weight as it forklift controls my life :-(

Firstly WELL DONE for your weight loss BRILLIANT :)
It is unhealthy to lose big amounts and the Drs say 1-2 lbs per week is what they are looking for......Don't be disheartened stress halts weight loss !
We all want our weight to fall off but you have to remember we have to work for it....it takes 3,500 calories burn't to lose 1lb of fat.....

Your doing great hun and don't forget that :) xx
