Good luck this afternoon! Haven't done nothing. In fact to be honest - I've been doing less than I normally do (housework etc) cos i've had no energy. I'm starting to feel a bit more perky the past couple of days though. So I'm going to start at the Gym next week. ( I work in Physio and there's a gym about 10 steps away from me - handy!)

well done you such a good loss bet you feel great and it makes you more determined. i have got myself a wii fit so i am doing half hour a day keep it up
