2nd weigh in and only 2.5lbs loss

    Ok, I have just been for my second weigh in and only lost 2.5lbs, and I was happy with that until I got home and cam eon here to see that everybody else has lost more, why is my loss so low?

    I think it's because you haven't got that much to lose. Those with alot to lose tend to have bigger losses. It could also be due to the fact that your body is in shock because of the lack of food and is adjusting to the diet.

    Anyway, I think it's still a good loss. Better to lose a little than gain I say.

    I'm happy it was a loss, but when i got home and came on here to see people on their second week losing 5lb & 7lb the green eyes monster came out! lol. x

    tell me about it lol, I have never really had the big loses and last week 1 lb grrrr, I dont have much more to go but and am putting it down to that, doing 810this week so god help me

    lol, I know how you feel. As you can see, my losses have been ok but not as great as some on here. I'm happy with my losses, but at times the green eyed monster can appear, lol. :D

    My losses are awful at the moment, I am only weighing in every two weeks now with my CDC but on my scales I am not losing at all at the moment, funny thing is I am stuck at exactly the same point as I was a few weeks ago but this time a stone lighter, I literally spent a week at 12stone 6lbs with no movement and now I am around the 11stone 6lbs mark and it is not moving again !
