Well,I maintained this week, which is ok, cos I had a week of not eating properly, and went out on a few nights. I tried to follow the plan, but if I'm honest, I don't think I ate enough,and what I did eat wasn't always what I should have had. Oh well, line drawn, New week started. Hope everyone is doing well, and if I don't post again before Christmas, a very merry Christmas to you all xx

You have done well to maintain as I think that is the goal for most of us over Christmas.

I think a maintain is fab if you know you haven't 100% been on plan, you've basically been able to enjoy yourself and get away with it :) I on the other hand put on 4lb lol, but hopefully its just bloating and will disappear next week :)
