I have another 9 to loose and I don't feel it yet - think it will take me to go down a dress size before I start to feel it hopefully that will be after the next stone!

Amazing Keira! What an encouragement!
I think this might be the hardest bit when we can't really notice the difference. When I lost a lot before on Atkins it was the second half that was brilliant cos you could notice every pound. Also like you say it's when your clothes get too big and you go down a dress size. My clothes are still tight!
