Fantastic!!! What an inspiration!! I have just added a new thread saying how desperate i am but you have helped me rethink things! Are you doing totally ss? Have you been using the water flavourings?

I think the biggest thing is my head is in the right place to do it, if not you're battling your head too much.. In terms of which plan I'm on, I'm doing SS+ so 3 packs plus a small meal - chicken or tuna or cottage cheese with some mushrooms or green veg or a small salad..

It's not an easy diet - especially when you're cooking for a family everyday but seeing the scales come down is what's keeping me going..

One thing I would say, I did this before my wedding and I didn't really stick to it properly, now that I am this time I can see the pounds really falling off - if you're cheating you're only making it harder for yourself, stick to it and it WILL become easier!!

:family2:THanks sunflower also wanted to now did u have a particular time when u used to drink ur milkshake and water as i have one at 11.00 2nd milkshake at 4.00 and 3rd milkshake at 11.00 clock before going to bed and drink 9 glasses of water during the day plz help its my second time doing the diet as i lost 1 pound the first weeek as i was crahing the diet and eatin and drank 11 milkshakes the first time I DID THE DIET this my second time on the diet as i resterted the diet and its my second day today but would like possitive results this time thank you

I think you've just got to keep going - stick with the shakes/tetras, have the ss+ meal when you want it and keep drinking - you need to drink 2.25l a day plus extra for the fact you're having tetras..

Hopefully this time it will work out better for you!
