Its funny, although I am very new to WW my wife has been going for a while and the one thing I do notice is that one week you can have a fantastic weight loss and the next, by doing exactly the same you might not loose as much or even gain.

The thing that is amazing is over the month the weight loss is amazing and I think that if you had your weigh in tomorrow or yesterday it could have been a totally different story, I think water retention has a lot to do with daily weight's

Dont worry about, congratulate yourself on a loss and see how you do next week - it could be that you have a fantastic weight loss.

If you do, dont put it down to that one week - put it down to the whole program and you sticking to it.

WW is not about what you weigh on any specific day its about where you will get and your journey getting there.
