    :) i lost 2 and a half lbs still a loss so am happy:)

    gonna be 100% this next week and make it a stone :D

    well done 2.5lbs is alot when you actually see how much fat that is so well done hun xx

    Well done Jaynie, like you say, a loss is a loss!!! 2lbs is equal to a bag of sugar which is how I compare my loss lol, fingers crossed for a stone for you next week!

    well done jaynie, i started the c.d on monday, the only thing im struggling with is the water, but my cdc told me i could add a tiny bit of suger free juice to it , do you reacon thats ok, its also that time of the month so would that effct the amount of weight i lose. thanks liz
