Lily said:If by ready mixed you mean tetras, then I think you might want to check that out, because I'm certain there's no restriction on how many tetras you can have in a day. Many many folks have done this diet having nothing but chocolate tetras.
As for bars causing constipation, I think that's no more likely than with shakes (so long as you drink sufficient water) - in fact I think diarrhoea is more likely, especially if you had 3 chewy bars in a day! As I said in my earlier post, wind is more likely to be your main issue!
Lily said:Blah, 3 strawberry tetras a day? Don't think I could manage that.
You're a brave one, our Shanny!

Please also note it says bar "or" ready mixed each day
It can as its higher carbs and they can result in constipation and stomach problems, we are advised to only sell one bar and one ready mixed to a customer per day they purchase.
But when they say this and thanks by the way for your help with this, will it harm me?

Bars are harder to digest, and they put this in the guide lines for a reason. Also you are putting yourself in to a positions where you are much more likely to have side effects constipation/ diarrhoea depending on which way cd normally takes you and many others. Bars can also cause stomach pain, bloating and wind (both ends)
I would also worry what it's telling your brain (3 chocolate bars a day) put it this way on SS+ would you swop chicken for lasagne?
Consultants are to tell you the plans and guide you but cd and any step is up to you.
Lily said:You as a CWPC might refuse to let a client have 3 bars - that's your choice. I suspect most CWPCs would take a far more sympathetic view and let their client try it. Let's face it, it's either let the client try it or lose the client, surely?
Yes it is my choice to follow cd guide lines and some cwpc choice not to and invalidate there insurance.
Risk a clients health or think about the money I could lose is not the way I wish to run my business.
Confused money or health not really a hard choice.
