3 lb..3stone.....and Slimmer of the week Yay!

Hi all, I don't post here very much but I knew you'd all understand me when I say I had a 'sticker fest' at group last night!!

I lost 3 lbs this week which totalled 3 stone loss (sticker 1) and then slimmer of the week (sticker 2). Yay!!

Little things please little minds! - I now know why my four year old is so thrilled with a sticker on his reward chart!!

I joined sw last july but pretty much yo yo'd since about Sept/Oct.
Then end of May I started taking xenical, changed from my usual green days to red/success express and hey presto, I am back in the zone and have lost 22lbs in 4 wks. But my total 3 stone loss has therefore taken almost a year.
Im hoping the next 3 stone doesnt take that long Lol!
