3 stone has got to go

So got here today, my meals are a bit all over the place.

Meal 1:
HeB pitta filled with bacon,HeA Philly and spinach
Coffee -4syns

Meal 2:
Fruit salad, dandelion tea

Meal 3
Boiled ham, philly (4 syns) and macaroni

Meal 4:
Glenisk yogurt and dandelion tea
 
STS for me this week
Going to get a few SP days in this week.

Today grub:

Chicken and a speedy vegetable stir fry with a bit of soy sauce

Pork medallions with a (HeA) Philly, mushroom and spinach sauce on a bed of courgetti

Banana
Milk in coffee 2nd HeA
Dandelion tea x3
 
Brunch, my son had half of one of the chicken breasts after

Was out most of today so was mainly speed.

Breakfast:
Melon,Mandarin,strawberries and raspberries topped with a mullerlight

Lunch:
Strawberries and apricots

Dinner:
HeB wrap with chicken and HeA cheese, tomatoes and lettuce.

Wine later :18syns
 
Still going well for a 100% week :)
SP day again
Breakfast:
2 boiled eggs with tomato slices
Lunch:
Aldi chicken and mango salad- 1syn
Dinner:
Broccoli cheese soup -incl 2xHeA
 
Breakfast:
Fruit salad

Lunch:
Cheddar HeA
Aldi chicken snackers

Dinner:
Roast pork
Broccoli , carrot and cauliflower
Gravy- 2 syns

Snacks
2nd HeA cheddar
10 olives 2.5syns
Milk 6 syns

I have no idea of the syns in the chicken. It has a coating anyway as there is 3.4g carbs in the 60g packet but should be safe enough syn wise.

Weigh in tomorrow:eek::eek: So might have some dandelion tea to help there :p

I only joined today, your diarys look great. I have been been back at slimming world for 3wks, and have lost half a stone. I can't really work this site out, can anyone help me plz? I can see how to reply to posts but can't seem to find a tab were I am able to start a post of my own? TIA for your replies xx
 
Hi @Hev68 when you go into the diaries page, at the top it says -start new threat. Just click into that and work away. Well done on your loss so far

I'm new to, hey there!
I've also been doing slimming world for 3 weeks, lost 4lbs first week, 2lbs the next, then this week I put on 2lbs! I'm having a hard time feeling full :(
