Okey Dokey hopefully writing down EVERYTHING I put in my mouth may just help? I only started on Monday and feel like I'm eating FAR too much. Please can anyone check I am not 'over doing it' had a cheeky wi this morning and I appear to be putting on weight?!?!?!

Yesterday
B-Fritta (egg, peppers, onion, tomato and ham) and half a tin of beans
L- Tomato pasta and sauce with turkey, pepper, celery, carot, banana, mullerlight
D- Fish pie (mixed fish, philly light HEA, carrot, celery and potato) carrots, peas, broccoli
S- Strawberries, muller light, fritta and beans, ryvita x3 HEB, milk in tea x4 2syns

Today
B-Fritta (egg, peppers, onion, tomato and ham) and half a tin of beans
L- 1/2 pack savory rice, carrot, celery, turkey, boiled egg, banana, mullerlight
D- Cottage pie (SL recipe) cabbage, mini sweetcorn and peas
S- Skimmed milk in tea HEA, Ryvita x 3 HEB, 2x laughing cow extra light 2 syns, ham, strawberries, grapes
