3 stone in 8 weeks!

Im sure you will b fine x i jist think y i am doing this and helps me focus. Sounds stupid but i have 2 little charts pinned up - 1 for pounds lost and one for days completed and at the end of each day i love being able to cross another day off. I went to lego land a few weeks ago and all the food there made me so tempted but i knew that when i got home i wouldnt be crossing that day off my chart if i cheated and it kept me strong! Lol i am odd i know! X
 
I think it has something to do with citric acid and fruit is full of it. Also high carb foods will knock u out for sure x
 
Anything that is low carb such as meats, fish, cheese, eggs, green veg and cauli (in moderation). Not condoling cheating but if you need to nibble then stick to the above.

Fruit is really bad as its full of sugar.
