30 day shred/ ripped in 30

has anyone tried either 30 day shred or ripped in 30 at a heavier weight?
i can imagine doing it if i lost a stone or 2 but im worried it might kill me being the weight i am aha!
 
the whole point is to loose the weight lol. an your not even that heavy! i know 20+ stone people who did this. kills them first few times but they manage it an does get easier. this is what im told anyway, looking at it myself too.. x
 
I've done it and don't do it daily now as struggle for time but do it sometimes, I did level 1 yesterday actually. Most moves have easy and hard versions for different abilities.

I really rate it, I'm hurting from it today a little so know it works, when I've done it daily before you can really feel it get easier daily ( the shred)
 
I started 30 Day Shred recently and I could not do this without a sports bra and a very tight top to hold everything in place with all the bouncing about lol. It is tough but you can modify most moves and the main thing is the trying...the first time I did it I have to pause it half way through but after a couple of days I could get through it. Other than wearing something tight my main tip would be not to drink or eat anything just before doing the workout and don't sip on a drink throughout as I found when I was doing the floor work it was better on an empty stomach or it made me feel a bit sick
