30 day Shred

Couldn`t see this anywhere so apologies if I`m repeating something already here.

Can anyone tell me what is a 30 day shred?

Seen it mentioned several times but unsure what it is.

30 day shred is a Jillian Michaels DVD that uses short bursts of circuit training to shape you and lose weight. I am on day 8 level 1 and it is hard work but manageable! You do 10 days of three levels. Have a look on you tube

Thanks for that. I`ll have a look but as I haven`t done any serious exercise for about 30 years I`m not sure if I`ll give it a go

SNAP! Today is my day 8 on level 1 too. I like high intensity exercise so it suits me but it is tiring! Feel good after doing it though
