Just completed day 1 of workout 1 and am knackered!

Managed to get through it tho with only a few short breaks, hope the results will be worth it...
 
Shred finished and restarted now. I am doing a mix of the different Levels to target my problem areas. Eg, Level 3 has done wonders for my legs! But not so much for my abs (Level 1 was better) or my upper body strength (Level 2 was harder on these). But one thing is certain: the cardio is still hard whatever the level :D
 
By the way, 30 Day Shred is available in full on YouTube in case anyone doesn't want to commit to the DVD yet. I also recommend checking out Pop Pilates on YouTube for mini bursts of toning.
