Happy to be under 100kg, but still a bit above where I would have liked to be at this stage. I will account for this by noting I have been eating one meal per day, which has probably been too large, but has essentially consisted of chicken, onions, cabbage and broccoli. Also probably haven't been drinking enough water.
Weather up here in the Highlands is starting to warm up so planning to get onto the bike in the next couple of weeks or so. That should kick my metabolism back into gear.
