3rd week and not lost anything help

I weighed 11st 1lb on my first weigh in and lost 6 1/2 the first week and 4 1/2 the second, so 10 4lb at the moment

On my third week weigh in is Monday and not lost even half a pound which im worried about, going the gym every day and burning 300 calories and drinking all my water

Has this happened to anyone else.... the diet is fine when the weight is coming off but so hard to do when its not
 
Huwiesmummy is right it's because of the gym.When u start working out ur fat starts turning in to muscles,and muscles are heavier than fat.So don't worry.
