I feel great everything is hanging off me!!!! plan on doing this til I reach 10.5 st and then maybe 2 shakes and a low carb meal??
not wanting to reach my ideal weight that quickly as it is under 10st and I do not want it to be such a shock emotionally if that makes sense and I struggle to maintain
