Another 5 pounds gone, thats with my first week on 790.

Im sooooo pleased, even though tecnically ive only lost 1 cuz of my 4lb gain. but ho hum!

2 inches lost in total as altough i gained lbs i didn't gain any inches, phew!

Still feelin sick but atleast in not craving food anymore! HA!

Well done, I am loving the 790 diet - easiest diet I have ever done as there are no grey areas.

Yay, well done!!!

Im on my 3rd day of 790, I dont get weighed till next Tuesday .... but I have this dreadful feeling that Im not going to lose anything though? lol I havent cheated so hopefully I will lose something.

If i tell you that i cheated a couple of times and still lost 5lb then it may make you feel better!!

I did go to the gym twice though!
