Well done Louisa - every pound counts ...
remember - whether you lose a stone by shedding 14lb or 1lb 14 times, it all adds up to the same thing :)

You and me both hun ;). The seat belt was becoming a struggle to do up and then I realised a few days ago that it was so much easier.

The pound is a great loss and the inches are fab. We just need to take care of the lbs (heck, even just the ounces) and the stones will take care of themselves.

    Keep on keepin on girl.

Well done Louisa, I think inches are often a fairer reflection of weight loss than scales, as they don't take into account water retention, muscle, etc.

i think the inches are more cheering thatn the pounds (clothes being a great motivator)
