it's my 3rd weigh in and I lost another 6lb that's a total of 2 stone in 3 weeks I'm very happy with that but I got a family barbeque comin up so don't know how I'm gonna manage that but fingers crossed for next week x

I haven't cheated at all !! but its killing me today I really want something to eat. Done the lads a curry and I want some too heheheh I might have a bit of cooked meat ...that wont kill me off will it ?:cry:
