My cheat consisted of 3oz fish and 3 little srpigs of broccli at a wedding last Sat. I know I would of had a better loss if I didnt have it but I had made the decision to eat before the day and knew it would affect my loss. I drank water all day so to me that was a huge sacrifice. Im now onto my last wk of tfr before my wk of refeed before my hols. My original goal for doing tfr was to lose 1st and half in the 4 wks, Im 3.5lb off that target so hopefully I will hit that next week!!!!
