Well done bindi....you are setting the bar for me on Fri! Are you exercising?

Sara - Didnt do much in the line of exercise at all last wk, only got to go walking twice cos the kids were off school. Have walked everyday this week so far and will walk tomorow and Thurs, all walks are for about 45 mins so hopefully I will have good loss next wk before refeed.

I have 3-3.5st to lose but the aim of me going on tfr was to lose 1-1.5st in 4 wks and hopefully I will achieve that. After that Im doing wk of refeed and then going on maintenance for the wk Im on hols and for a few wks after that, will see how it goes, would ideally like to lose the rest of my excess weight through healthy eating regime. If I hadnt a hol coming up I would defo stay on the tfr another few wks.
