Went for my 3rd weigh in lunchtime, I'm not happy. I lost 2lb on 1st weigh in, lost half a pound on my second and put a lb on. The only thing I can think that I may be doing wrong, is maybe drinking too much wine. I will cut down this week and see what happens.
Do you keep a diary online? I could have a look for you and help.
Dont fret it takes a little while for it all to sink in, but thats what we are here for...advice and support!
are you measuring the wine accurately? if you are and counting it then that's fine but if you're only 'guessing' then yes you will be having loads of extra syns and this will more than likely be the reason why
