    Got weighed this morning and only lost a 1lb but that does make a stone in 3 weeks and it is my time of the month so hopeing for a bigger lose next week!

    Hi 27meadow, i had the same really, 10lb's first week, 1lb second week, 6lb's third week and then 3lb's fourth week wi. Think i'm going to be an 'every other week' type of person :) But still 1 stone and 6lb's lost in a month so can't complain. Well done on your losses so far, you're doing brilliantly xx
