    I've lost 2lbs, was hoping for more but at least its a loss. My on AAMW so I'm a bit scared cos I don't want to gain!

    my take on Atkins, will do it until i'm bored then go back onto WW methods.
    Well done on your 2lbs off ~ don't be disappointed, its a great loss...!! It all amounts up quicker than you'd realise! :D
