Yippee!!!! I am delighted for you. Has it taken long for you to lose the 2 stone?

I :17729ver the weekend (white one) and so I am happy enough that I only put on 3lbs. I was off it for over a week and drinking high calories drinks (think that they were close to 500 cals) and they were only 175ml in size.

its taken me since the beginning of feb but i rekon if id stuck to things alot more if i hadnt cheated and stuck to things 100%
