4th week and this time not disappointed

Just back from my 4th WI and this time I'm more positive than my little moan last week. I tipped the scales at 16st 3.5lb so a loss of 4.5lb this week.

So to recap

Height 5ft 11
Start Weight 18st 8lb
1st WI 17st 7lb
2nd WI 16st 12lb
3rd WI 16st 8lb
4th WI (Today) 16 st 3.5lb

Total weight loss 2st 4.5lb since 23rd May
