4th week starting to lapse

    alli/xenical low fat diet
    im starting to get lazy and eating food argh! if i loose 2 lbs on wed ill be happy but i really need a good smack on the backside lol

    Hiya, you don't need a smack hun, you've done sooo well to lose 16lbs in 3 weeks and do have done SS up to now is admirable but you're not supposed to do that for too long and maybe your body is needing you to re-introduce food?

    As long as you stick to CS's guidelines of what to eat you will still lose weight each week, so don't be down heartened and a bet you have a fab weigh in on Wednesday.

    Take care and simply take each day as it comes x

    If I'm honest....I'm starting to have to odd lapse here and there. I just need to get my mind back into what I can and can't eat...instead of having the odd sneaky piece of ham here, or the odd babybel there.

    Wow 16lbs in 3 weeks, that is amazing you should be so proud of your hard work! Have you tried writing stuff down and remembering why you started the diet in the first place. Also go and get some retail therapy burn some calories shopping and spending a small fortune on a dress you have to diet into. Good luck!!
