I have put on 3 pounds, and I only have myself to blame, as I am the one who goes over my points and eats crap when I know I shoudnt, I dont know why but this week I havnt stuck to the points and now I have a silly gain, I am so stupid :cry::confused:

I am going to give it 100% next week and stick to my points each day
