and I've lost another 8lbs and 5 1/2 inches - YIPPEE.

That makes my total weight loss 32lbs

and a loss of 50 inches

and I've gone down 2 dress sizes

we could be twins - was my Wk 8 WI on Saturday - and I've 31lbs....and also dropped 2 dress sizes it's a fab feeling, isn't it ??!!
