4th weigh in

Lost 1lb this week :)

First weigh in on here but my 4th since starting SW on my own at the end of October. Bit annoyed as when I first done SW at the start of the year I lost 7lbs in my first week, feels like it's taking so long this time around. Better off than on I guess!

5th weigh in yesterday - put on 1/4 of a pound according to my scales, not sure how to record it as it seems such a small amount. Should I just record 1/4 on? Want to miss out this week and see if I get a "proper" result next week, would be less confused with a 1lb on instead of 1/4 of a lb! :(

Anyone else got silly scales like mine :(
