well everyone, after a week where i was gettin a lil disheartened cause was only seen loss of 1lb by say , i'm glad i stuck 100% as i had me weigh in today a day early and i lost 5lbs . thats 2 stone in 4weeks so i'm feeling quiet good xxxxx
