Hi all. I'm wanting to have a go at the 5:2 diet along side slimming world. Has anyone done this? Tomorrow is going to be my first fast day. This is my menu
Breakfast- 100g cherries (52) and a yogurt (51)
Lunch- 2x slices of wholemeal bread from a 400g loaf (102) and 1/4 of a pack quorn chicken slices (31)
Dinner- weight watchers ready meal (199)
600ml of Pepsi max (3)
Total 438kcal
I'm left with 62 calories. Do I HAVE to use them? Am I allowed to snack on something throughout the day and use these up?
