5 a day

Hi kazzy, didn't even think of 5 a day till you just posted:rolleyes: I try to have fruit/salad veg for my snacks and some kind of veg with every evening meal but doesn't work out as 5 a day. will be interesting to see how others manage it
Yes I'm the same, I never hit the 5 a day mark either. Usually have fruit for snacks and salad or veg as a side dish with my main meal.
I'm vegetarian, and I don't really manage it either.
I have fruit for 2 snacks (crisps for the other), and veggies with my main meal, but I usually only hit 4 a day.

I just figure that my health will improve more by losing weight than eating vegetables. When I'm at my target weight, then I'll worry more about eating enough veggies.
