50g chicken - help please!

    Hi everyone, starting AAM week and was wondering if the 50g chicken is cooked or raw weight please?

    Can't help you there Bunny, but didn't want to read and not post but will be watching this too as I'm starting 790 in 2 weeks and need to know this ... I'm sure DQ will be here in a few mins to let us know!!!

    Thanks Dee - I am hoping it's the cooked weight as that's what I used, but it's only been 2 meals so hopefully if it is raw weight I can sort it out tomorrow!

    My CD told me its cooked weight.. :)

    AAM week:)

    3oz (80g) porton of white fish, poultry meat (without the skin or fat), Uncooked.

    It's not 80g of poultry though is it? It's 50g?

    it's 50gm of cooked weight for the poultry and 80gm cooked weight for the fish and quorn x D-Q told me last week! I start AAM tomorrow, and I can't wait!!!

    Ive been doing 50g raw chicken and its so tiny.
