50g of margarine is the same PP as 50g of butter...?

So...it doesn't really matter which you use does it? Why would be use marg when butters just as bad for us? Or am I missing something.......

butter is about 82% fat, spread is usually between 30% and 40%, theres a fair bit o difference points wise... what makes you think they are the same?

If you go to the eSource and put in 50g of margarine, then 50g of butter, they're both coming in at 11pp?

Hmmmmm I see what you mean! I use Can't Believe Its Not Butter (light), and it comes out at 5pp for 50g... probably better to check the tub? x

Margarine and spread are just loads of weird ingredients formulated in a lab. As I said in another post, I can't see that its more healthy.
