Extra Easy 5stone to get rid of

    Evening all
    I am now on my 9th week of slimming world and 7pounds down.
    I am. Going to be a brides maid in August and. I would like to lose 4 stone.
    I have the eating under control now and am sticking to the plan 100% but the weight doesn't seem to be wanting to come off.
    Should I try and make friends with the gym even though I hate it and will try anything not to have to go can you all give me some tips on maybe how to boast my weight loss or just some tips to get this weight moving a bit faster off.

    I don't think you need to join a gym, just go for a walk and use the stairs rather than a lift when you can! Some people in my class use there syns mainly on snacks or alcohol and they don't seem to loose as well as the people who use syns within meals? Everyone is different! 1lb a week is more or less 4st in a year so keep at it! Also try switching plans, I tried a green week last week and found it easier being able to have those extra HE especially as I LOVE my carbs and was basically doing green even though I was on EE? Good Luck!

    You're doing really well! :) If you continue to lose about 1lb a week between now and August that would be another couple of stone, which would be great. x

    Hailey has already given you fab advice, and like she says, you don't have to go to the gym (of course you could always give it another try and see if you like it this time?!) you could just start with walking, half an hour-1hr, 2-3 times a week, and maybe do a swimming session, or join aquafit, or buy an exercise DVD, just find something you enjoy and set yourself time aside to do it.

    Maybe trying mixing it up, try to vary your breakfasts each day, try playing with using your syns, and/or add extra 'superfree' foods to your day, maybe try drinking more water, try a red week, keep a food diary to write everything down that you eat (and be completely honest when you do! ;)) and see if there are any other ways you could make improvements.

    Thanks girls had weigh in tonight and lost 2 pounds so I am well happy I am going to try a week on green I think x
