6 stone now lost!

I've finally plucked up the courage to show my before and now nearly finished pictures. The photos were taken a year apart - Feb 2011 and Feb 2012.

The before photo was the one thing that pushed me into acknowledging my weight and knowing I had to do something about it. One year later even I can't believe the difference!
