Ooh I would love to lose 14 pounds by Xmas but will be having the Xmas week off so I'll probably put it back on in time for New Year

I've lost 8lb so far off my target for Christmas (thought it would be more) so only 20lbs to go....5lb average for the next four weeks...can it be done I wonder? YES, it can, if I've anything to do with it!!!
