7 stone down the line...

Hi,
I'm Hayley and I'm 26. In 6 months I've lost over 7 stone for a charity sky dive. I still would like to lose another stone but I'm at toning/maintenance stage at the moment. I would really like to be able to talk to other people in my shoes. Or I'm more than happy to offer any advice I can.

Thanks Emmaline. I did my skydive on March 3rd.
I did it with Craig from Big Brother, Rebecca off Geordie Shore, A lady from Hollyoaks and someone from Desperate Scousewives! I wouldn't do it again but i raised lots of money and got fit(ter) doing it!

Wow, you are my actual inspiration, i am 26 with 7 stone to loose! it feels a long way off! do you mind me asking how often you went to the gym at the beginning and what you did there? (i know this post was started a long time ago )
