7 stone to lose. would love some buddies!

Hey everyone x

So I lost 8 stone in 2012 by doing a VLCD.. it only took me 7 months and I looked amazing.
I sold my story to an online weight loss website, and had so many lovely comments and messages since then.

Unfortunately life gets in the way, and luckily I haven't gained all of what I had lost, but I have gained a little.
Not dwelling on it though, as I know in a few months it can all be rectified but here I am again, ready to lose what I put back on, plus the
last couple of stone, which is a total of around 6/7 stone to lose.
Hoping to be at goal by the summer, and 4 stone down by May as I have a holiday booked

I'd love some buddies who are determind, not going to give up or quit, and can offer support as well as encouragement along the way x
