Lost another 4 pounds this week so 3 stone 2 pounds gone forever wahooo.
Wanted to say a great big thank you to all you wonderful LT'ers for your support without you this would have been so much harder. I have now swapped to the Cambridge Diet but will still pop in here to see how you are getting on. good luck xxx
