HI,
I am on week 6 and have already lost 2 stone. I just think it all depends on the individual. I have 4 children and with the school holidays and tearing around it seems to have come off much faster than I anticipated. Mind you, I don't feel that great, although I look so much better and can now fit into a size 14! Hope this helps.
