I know this has probably been discussed a million times before but please can one of you lovely people that has been doing 810 (not just add a meal) give me a rough idea what the weight losses are like. I think I am going to go up a stage when I get my BMI to around 28 so I can add in more exercise but want to know that i won't be only loseing 1/2 a pound a week.
