hi, i posted a thread earlier about smoked haddock, having foud out i wasnt supposed to eat it im now really worried as to how much it will affect my weight?? anyone else made a stupid mistake like mine :(??
i have my weigh in tomorrow and scared ive messed it up, and also if i have water retention how quickly will this come off then?
will this have affected my ketosis :sigh:?

i dont know hun but iv only just finished my 1st week and iv now had a salad, i hope it doesnt affect my weight lose, chin up im sure we have all had silly times x
