Hi Doirin

Fantastic lady. 47.5lbs in 8 weeks is super amazing...you must really have started to feel lighter in your clothing. I know my bra feels a little loose.
I know what you mean about the sugar drug, it definitely is poison. I have terrible headaches and feel sluggish. Since LT...nothing.
