Well went for my 8th weigh in yesterday and lost another 4pd so pleased, thats 3st gone in 8 wks amazing down to a size 12. Hope u are all staying strong and having good week, good luck at your weigh-ins xx

I lost 8lbs today so hoping for 3 next week but have to wait and see as everyone is different x
