90 lbs to lose - My journey

    I have 90lbs to lose in total and have been a member of SW since 6th January 2011. In this time I have lost a total of 10.5lbs. I am a classic yo-yo dieter and binge eater so for me this is fantastic and I am going to take the scenic route to lose my weight for me this time. I usually join a slimming club and put myself under so much pressure that I give up after a month!!

    So, lost 1.5 at class yesterday morning and today is a new start to a 100% week hopefully.

    Breakfast: 57g wholemeal bread (HEB), steamed mushrooms, tinned tomatoes, 2 x fry light fried eggs. Brown Sauce (2 SYNS)

    Lunch: Speed Soup, 4 x Ryvita (HEB) 2 x Laughing Cow Light Triangles

    Dinner: Jacket Potato, Salad, Home Made Ratatouille, 5 x Laughing Cow Light Triangles (HEA with lunch LCL)

    Others: 250ml semi skimmed milk (HEA), pink grapefruit, orange, Diet Irish Yoghurt.

    I hope that this is enough free foods!! Not too many syns as I tend to use them more at the weekend!

    Got lots to do around the house today too, I am doing a babysale tomorrow so have to sort out all the grown out of clothes etc and price it all up and get it ready to load in the car tomorrow.
    Also, need to work out exactly where I have to go!!

    I want to clean the bathroom, kitchen and dining room too and put some stuff on musicmagpie.com (thankyou to the gadget show this week).

    My eldest has asked for a pyjama day so he gets his wish and I can get on with jobs, so hopefully will earn some bodymagic doing that too!!!!

    Hey Kate,

    We're anniversary buddies as I started my slimming world journey on 6th January too :) I've lost a dress size so far. I've decided not to do weigh ins as I don't want to obsess over it and want to take it a day at a time. It's great you're doing a diary as mine keeps me on track plus I've got my mum doing it with me and she's said that if I cheat then she will too so I think that's keeping me on track too. There are some lovely people on here that will inspire you, motivate you and keep you on track so never feel that you're alone. Good luck hun....I'm sure you'll do just great! :)

    Well done on your loss so far - that's amazing! Have you been doing EE? Or red/green days? How are you finding the plan so far?
